Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

PRODUCT ONLY

Due to hygiene reasons, Premium Lashes cannot accept exchanges or returns on any products unless they are deemed incorrect or faulty.

  • Eligible exchanges are offered on original orders received back to us within 14 days from the delivery date, and must be processed at the time of requesting your return by contacting our team at premiumlashesa@gmail.com.

  • Exchange orders will be processed automatically once your return shipment has been received by Australia Post. You will not need to wait for your return to reach our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

All returned items must be received back to us in their original condition - unopened and unused.

  • Sale items are eligible for return; however, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless proven faulty.

  • Returns are processed within 3 business days of being received.

  • All returns received outside the policy timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at premiumlashesau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty & Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the package and provide as much detail as possible, including photos, so that we can quickly and thoroughly investigate your claim.

  • Depending on the situation and severity of the defect, we will typically offer a product replacement as the first and preferred resolution for faulty or incorrect items. You have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement item (if available), store credit, or refund.

  •  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
